I want to hear from people who are unsatisfied

Anyone can respond, even post op FTM's concerning what they consider their terminal surgery, as they seem underrepresented here. I want to hear the other side of the story without fear of reproach. Be explicit, I need details.

Up until about the 9 and a half month, I was saying wtf?  Things worked fine and depth was good but, aesthetically, I was kind of bothered.  Then, just after the 9.5 month mark closing in around ten months, things took a turn for the better.  I woke up one morning and went "WHOA!"--I noticed a major change.  Swelling and skin seemed to be settling at a rapid rate.  The outer labia began to shrink and the inner labia became more defined.  Now things seem to be moving along at a quicker pace.  I read on Brassard's website how dramatically the vulva can change between the ninth and twelfth month and he was right--in my case, anyway.  I guess I'm just a slow healer.  It's not perfect yet, but I know it will soon be.  Form fitting clothes look good, I'm orgasmic, depth is good, but I'm a little tight.  Point is that, in the beginning, things can look real bad for a while but can take a real turn for the better as time goes on.

Thank you for the prompt responses, I'm going to get it eventually (when it becomes realistic; I MIGHT get an Orchi first, even knowing what that implies), and I am just wondering what to be concerned about.

• Unsatisfied with clitoris ...the inability to orgasm so far (sensitivity?)


• Unsatisfied with depth/width (tightness is a major factor with partners)(Brassard gives an estimate of depth prior to surgery so you do know what to expect. I was told to expect around 5" depth ...supposed to be average for women, which I am just under now. Probably more like 4 1/2" with the largest dilator.


• Unsatisfied with amount of labia. I have more labia than many post-ops Ive seen but the labia minora doesnt completely surround the vagina as it does natal women. This could possibly be corrected with a labiaplasty.

Other than those items, am very satisfied. Brassard makes a very pretty vagina.

On being too tight...a lot of female who don't have SRS are tight when they start having sexual intercourse too!

Still too much swelling on the outer lips for my preference-it's a bit unnatural looking, I feel.

Also, most of the sensitivity that used to be there is gone- yet I can orgasm. It's like having a truck with two gears, idle and 5th.

Here's the closest way I can try and describe it:
I suppose it would be the equivalent of wearing two or three condoms, losing sensation, but still completing the exercise...

I was thinking of this tread as I jumped in of all places the shower this morning, just after reading my emails from over night.

While I'll go on record and say that unless you're looking for it and know what you're looking for, you could not tell with my Vag.
having said that, most of us would have at some stage studied the vagina, weather it was because we wanted one so bad or for whatever reason.
Guys who see any vagina don't notice it "blooming", getting a little puffy and the boring state it was in the first place.
They notice it getting wet & willing.
For me, if at any stage I would be found out it would be when I'm turned on. I do get wet, enough for sex without but not as much as some girls. I'm find with this.
I have never been dissatisfied with my bits, male or female. the reason I had srs was because I was young, I was female inside and to have any sort of life I needed to have srs.

My results IMO are amazing, in fact, you could line mine up with 20 other girls and say spot the post op and you'll never pick it out. the reason is out of all the vaginas I've seen, I've never seen 2 alike.
Its when I'm turned on that like I said, if you are looking for it and know what you're looking for I'm at risk of being found out.

Saw this thread and just HAD to reply.

1. I've JUST REACHED 4 INCHES My first surgery was july 15th, 2010 and my 2nd december 2010.  He ''CLAIMS'' i Had 5 in a half inches the first surgery but i don't believe that.

2. SQUIRT After my 1st surgery I use to could SQUIRT HAHA AND NOW WHEN I ORGASM IT JUST GETS REALLY WET THATS IT. I mean I know most girls don't have vaginal orgasms so I should be happy i'am. BUT My orgasms in the past were OMG SOOOOO Intense when I use to SQUIRT.

3. the BIG ONE THAT ANNOYS ME. He had to do a scrotal skin graft i'm ''Black'' so my ''skin'' is brown My VAGINA IS BROWN the ONLY Pink I have is where I pee at thats it.

I'm happy I did it. BUT If I had to warn any other girls. PLEASE, PLEASE RE-SEARCH THE Surgeon first, don't go with the one who gives you a deal or someone who every other girl here goes to.

Yeah I was feeling ''home sick'' and decided to stop by :=).

I believe since the urethra was changed around, I lost the ability to orgasm as before. I've FINALLY Found my clit haha, so I'm hoping that will send me over the BIG O HAHA.

I was gonna go to suporn but decided not to :=(. but I wouldn't change a thing.
