So, I haven't posted here for a few months. I've checked in from time to time but...
I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this.
As long as I can remember, I've gone through periods of wanting to transition to periods where I did not. Peaks and valleys, so to speak.
A few months ago I was gung-ho. I even began seeing a therapist but then something happened.
I had to stop seeing my therapist for monetary reasons. I began seeing someone and the feelings subsided. They are never fully gone but there has definitely been an ebb.
Has anyone else had these sort of ups and downs and if so, what did you ultimately end up doing?
