Best way to hide my blossoming chest?

I wish I had a chest! After 10 years on HRT there's barely anything there! BA seems to be the only option for me.

There's enough good advice here I should find something that works when the times comes before going "Full Time". It sounds like several of ya'll still have to wear shirt and tie, which would make it more uncomfortable. In my situation I wear scrubs all day, and have always worn a larger top regardless, plus I can wear a warmup or lab coat as further concealment without drawing any unwanted attention.

The gym...that'll be a different story, but I work nights so a gym open 24/7 @ 2-3am not many there .

I've got 32As right now and, by wearing a camisole with a shelf bra, I can pull off a flat-enough look for when I'm crossdressing.  I'm not really willing to use a binder; I feel like it might be difficult to breathe and I don't want to get any flatter than I already am!
