I went shopping for the first time yesterday. I went presenting as a man to just look. But then the strangest thing happened my wife made me talk to the sellperson about my transiton. And she was very accpting she helped my find my sizes and I even got my first pair of heels 5 in heels. In which I am now 7 foot 4 ins. My wife is helping me learn to walk in them. I was so happy that I cried in the store which made my wife and new friend cry with me.

I was scared to death untill the saleslady started joking with me. The coolest part was when the sales lady told me my legs looked great in my new heels. I know im a littel vain but it just made me feel like somebody else. I have never felt that happy about myself before. Undoubly the second best day of my life next to my wedding.

But good to hear! I hope you will find everyone else you meet just as accepting :)

hmmmmm the story sounds like fan fiction to me. I think the 5 inch heels and the wife blowing your cover was the giveaway ;)

Fanfair? What do you mean. As for the 5in heels thats all they had in size 13. And for outing me thats because I was to scared to talk to the sales lady myself in the beginning. My wife is my biggest supporter if the sales lady had been rude she would have defened me.

Oh ok. Well I am sorry you feel that way because I am telling the truth. But I need not prove that to you. We belive as we beleave as we do. And I am very sorry for you if bad experance have led you to be so jaded. We love you so you don't have to be angry all the time.

Oh, I'm not angry at all.Nor have I had a bad experience. Just made an observation based on other transsexual/transgender fan fic I have come across over the years which uses the same formula:

1. Wife force humiliates the husband to tell a stranger your secret
2. The 5 inch heels being the first thing you bought
3. The sales associate commenting on how sexy your legs are

It's fine. I'm not offended at all. So no worries on this end :)

Well yes that formula does make it sound like fiction. But that little bit of humeation is small compared to how it could have been if the store was full. But she loves me and knows my fear over rides my heart. The sales lady did suprise us with her actions but thats ok I needed that to so that I can try to put my fear behind me and move onward into my new life which is very scary to think about. Thank you for you support and thaught provoking words. Should I worrie more about how easy it has been comeing out? Is it strange that I have had no negitive experance with my new life?

it's not strange at all having a good experience with transitioning. I have had wonderful experiences with transitioning as well. there's nothing fake with a wonderful transition. I'm just commenting on your specific story.

It's a nice story and all, but I don't think it's real. Your shoe saleperson helped you with your new 5 inch heels. You were so happy you began to cry and then your wife began to cry and then the salesperson began to cry? The salesperson crying over your happiness is just too far fetched. Sorry!  The only time I cried as a salesperson is when I helped a father and boy pick out some toys 5 years ago. The father told me the son had a 500 dollar shopping spree from Make a Wish foundation and he son had stage four cancer. That was the only time I ever cried as a salesperson. Having someone try on some high heel pumps wouldn't make the salesperson cry with joy.

I am not saying you are a fake because you told us a story. I am just saying that story in specific sounds very fabricated.

But as I said in the 90s. "It's all good in the hood!"

And I hope the rest of my life can be "fiction" I hope yous can be and everyone elses. But you have saught to bring me down but I want let you. I will keep liveing my "fiction" of a life a be happy that none of my real life friends are such downers with all my love carlie
