Re: Joyce

Yes, I'm talking about underwear, panties this time.

As a life long crossdresser, I tended to want to wear sexy things.  I have a lot of skinny little hip hugger panties that are just darling.  They're a bit of a pain to wear.  Pulling them down simply rolls them tight and it's like untangling a knotted rope to get them back up.

Later in life, I came out to myself and began my Real Life Experience.  I found a certain style of nylon panties that had a wide enough and snug enough crotch in them to keep those awful bits in place.

Now, post-op, I still have those panties because they aren't quite worn out yet.

I've been doing a lot of exercising and my Gyno has directed me to wear cotton when I do, for female health reasons.  So, I bought a multi pack of Fruit of the Loom cotton briefs to try out.  I've always been quite small, but my bottom has seen quite a bit of development, so I went with medium to try out.

Wow! The fit is perfect and I just *love* they way cotton feels.  So, now I'm all into comfort.

I guess my transition is complete now.  I've become pretty practical.  I'll be replacing all the nylon ones with cotton and keeping a few sexy ones.  Never know.....    ;)

Yeah righto,
cutey-booty-covers... now we talking hon.

I had a t-girl friend and the first thing I learned: get COTTON panties (Jokey brand) with a wide enough crotch to keep the dangle in place.
Which I did and NEVER looked back - still being pre-op.

Yet, the only way to get rid of temptation --- is to yield to it :-) O.W.

So I got some gorgeous G-strings (white lace, yummy - put your lips on my hips) and some nylon type no-seam straight nickers.
The latter VERY comfortable --- alas until I "fall out", the former "hot as hell" but in need of desensitising ones butt crack, they really go up there all the way.
I have Brazilian wax job, so nothing will stop 'em and save my skin from chafing.

I often look at those, yet no bf to impress, poor me, so am look forward to post-op wearing all that stuff.
I'll feel so....... oh my, you go tell me.

Meanwhile back at the ranch it's COTTON for comfort.
Between you and I, and being post-op guess what?
SA gets HOT in summer and I'll be cooling my lula i.e. no fear of periods and some fresh air will do just fine down yonder.

Naughty Axelle
--- don't tell the others, eh.

Never got the urge for the 'sexy' (and often over-priced) stuff.  Been wearing Jockey for Her for the better part of the past 20 years.

As I have said before...I was never destined to get sucked into the trappings of life as a lipstick lesbian   Rather, I fit the practical lesbian creedo of 'comfortable is just fine.'

Cotton is definitely the way to go.  Of course none at all is cool in Summertime, but that sometimes tends to leave a wet spot on your dress lol.  I still like to wear sexy, lacy panties for my boyfriend, but then they usually don't stay on long enough to become uncomfortable  >:-)

Yes honey, that's the spirit and what they made for I should guess.

And thanks for that summer "wet spot" caveat, heehee.

The lacy stuff all just looks weird to me.
I agree, but try telling that to a boyfriend or a Husband, but cotton is more comfortable.

Well my Husband still gives me little presents of lacy panties and lingerie, sometimes not practical but spicey lol but as you say, they don't usually stay on long enough, when he's satisfied, he falls sleep.
If your going thru hell, just keep going.

Yeah you know it's funny....when I first started dressing it was all about what was sexy. Then in RLE, I switched to more cotton, less lace...lace tended to get worn fast in the washer...mind you they're still cutesy VS panties with words on the back...but yeah. Nowadays I am wanting to get some more sexy stuff back lol...esp now that they'd fit better ;)..then again no boyfriend to show them to yet ;)
