Just wanted to make people aware of a fantastic (in my opinion) Facial Feminzation Surgeon currently in the UK, i am a Transsexual from the UK and i have found it very difficult to find experienced surgeons in the FFS field without having to travel abroad, I came across Gennaro Selvaggi last year when i had my chin shaven and my adam's apple shaven and the results were amazing, particularly the scars involved, he is a very neat and precise surgeon, i was that happy that i have had surgery with him again this year and had a Rhinoplasty and i am extremely happy with the outcome.
i decided to have a few procedures done at a time purely because of financial issues but i believe you get what you pay for.
If there is anyone else in the UK or looking for surgeons in the UK that can do FFS, i would gladly recommend Gennaro Selvaggi and will help anyone if you have any questions on the procedures i had or any queries i can help you with.
