Craving Fatty Foods

I don't know if it's the hormones or what, but lately I've found myself really craving fatty foods. I try to eat healthy and excercise but lately I just can't resist things that I would have been able to before, like ice cream, chocolate, etc. It's like my body is telling me it needs more fat.

Has anyone else experienced this after going on hormones for a while?

   OMFG....YES!! Lol yeah i crave chocolate late at night like almost every night, every now and then i treat myself with those keebler double stuffed fudge cookies.  ;D

         Yeah it's perfectly normal while on HRT, it's just part of being a girl haha. Try snacking on light foods when you get cravings, i snack on almonds or granola bars when it hits me. Also try drinking alot more water cuz it fills you up faster and it's also good for your skin etc.  :P
