I just thought I'd share this with anyone struggling with the problem of their binder rolling up.

I've been struggling with this problem non-stop since I got a binder.  and when it does roll up, it hurts me.   So I've been searching for how I can keep it down.  And I found these:

Sheet suspenders.  made to hold sheets down.  but I use it more like reverse suspenders.  instead of holding pants up, I hold my binder down.
I have the underworks 997 binder.

nice. and they dont dig in when you sit down or do you have them at the sides? or can you put them anywhere on a binder?
things dont change, they merely rearange into that which they already are.

What parts do you clip and where does the strap go?

The straps go under my legs; think of a jock strap.  which might be uncomfortable to some, but for me, my binder rolling up was literally painful.  So this is better than that.

It doesn't dig into me because the plastic parts are in a good enough place that I'm not actually sitting on them.
And you could probably put them off the side, but I find it works best the closer to the center.
But I don't know, the perfect placement (so you're not sitting on them) might be different for different people.

Jocks have two straps...do you use two?

I don't think this would work for me because my binder reaches my crotch and I let it roll to just under my muffin top.

huh, that's brilliant.

I think I might give it a try :P I'm guessing these can be bought at any old Walmart or home furnishing store? I've never heard of them before O.o

Something similar that you could try if this doesn't work is what we used in the military to keep our dress uniforms looking neat and tight. Google "shirt stays". They attach to the shirt (or binder) at one end and your socks at the other. You'd have to wear knee-high socks, but on the plus side, they also keep your socks up.

Yes, I do use two straps.
I'm sorry I'm not explaining it very well :P
My binder comes down that low as well, but for me, if it rolls up at all, it digs in and hurts.
Plus, for me, I do like having my binder come down over my butt.  I'd like to think it makes it look not so big :P

I have the same binder, and I find if I pull it down as far as it goes, then just fold over the bottom a tiny bit (1cm or so) and pull my underwear waistband and pants over it, it never rolls up. But this is also a genius idea! :)

Yeah, I tried that, but no matter what I did, it would always roll up.  Especially if I bent over or put my shoes or something like that.  it would roll right up to my ribs and then hurt.

I got mine at amazon.com.  I also looked up that Bed Bath and Beyond sells them.  Unfortunately, Walmart doesn't.
but if you can think of any stores, I'd just go online and search for "sheet straps" or "sheet suspenders."
