This weekend, the San Francisco Black LGBT Film Festival includes not only films, but parties and even a basketball game. The three-day schedule of events includes films by a diverse array of filmmakers exploring familiar themes like the "down-low" closet, hip-hop culture, as well as vogue-ball stars, romance, and lesbian jocks. The film festival is a community project of the Black Coalition on AIDS, which focuses on health options in the African-American community.
