Lola Jake Prosthetics

I just wanted to open a new thread about Lola Jake. Because the other one is so old now.

And I just wanted give a BIG warning to anyone ordering a prosthetic from Lola Jake. I ordered one and it was totally faulty, did not adhere to the skin and layers and layers of the silicone just peaked off.. this is within days of receiving the product. I paid 500 dollars for this item. I asked for a refund they would not give me one. I took legal action against them and tried to make a dispute, I lost, because apparently they are "custom made" even though I did not customize anything or specify anything and bought it as sold from the website.

They have told customers that because of action taken by customers against them they have to put their prices up, so they have put their prices up, but I am the only person who has made a case against them, and I lost, this is just another example of the company being exploitative.

I would not advice anyone to buy one of their products, its risky, very few people are satisfied, and when they are, they are the minority. Do you want to risk throwing hundreds of dollars down the toilet?

Anyway I just felt I had to say something as I have wasted time and money appealing them, but I lost, so all I can do now is inform other transmen.

If anyone wants proof that I am for real, message me, I'll send you pictures. Don't want to post as maybe it is an over 18's kind of image and maybe not everyone is over 18.

yeah i've heard this from a lot of people. i noticed that lolajake has also DRAMATICALLY reduced the number of models that they even make anymore. i watched a youtube video of a guy whose balls literally peeled off after 3 days. you're not the first. compared to reelmagik these people are a joke and now they're even more expensive. one guy i know actually filed complaints with the bbb but i don't know the outcome.

i don't get it. these people know that what they're making is ->-bleeped-<-, and they respond to customer complaints by getting pissy at them (for being mad that their brand new and extremely expensive purchase SUCKS) and raising prices. i would think a normal response would be to improve the product, but i guess that's why i've never had much success in business....
