And that's Cindy, loving, caretaking, supporting and a good sense of humor.
I don't think it's weird that people would like to have you at their table.

You're right.....you're great.

Cindy, as I read your story I was waiting for something weird to happen.  Sounds like you had a pretty typical night for the average gregarious woman.  Of course if you had crossdressed to look like a dude, that would have been VERY weird.
When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself.

Hi Cindy, sounds like a fun night after all.  I have been flat out the last week with moving, so it's good to catch up.How have you been? I have been getting my house cleaned out and make the final move tomorrow. I'll give you a call when I get over there.

Jesse, I can relate.  I was in the job for 30 years, as they say there's nothing as ex as an ex-copper.  You survived that, you can survive anything darl.  Love the view in the avatar, promise me you'll be around to show me in person when I eventually get over there.

What was the weird part?  Sitting with others at a dinner table?  Talking in the loo? The restaurant crowded?   I would find it interesting and fun.   I am glad you had an enjoyable time of it and confident enough to make it work.  I probably would be too nervous of the wrong thing being said.
