Hey All! Just wondering...I know binders are not super noticeable...but do you think a chiropractor would notice something "different" when doing adjustments? I wear the full length ones. I have an appointment tomorrow and all of a sudden I'm getting anxiety about it!

No... I find it more comfortable actually with a binder, your back is smoother and it's just easier than if you're wearing something with straps across the back.  I don't think the chiropractor would notice, or if he did I don't think he would care.  There is a possibility of your shirt riding up in the back a little bit, but you could always tuck it in.  In any case, I think you'll be fine.

Yeah this. Also remember that a chiropractor is a medical professional even though it's considered an "alternative" form of treatment and as a professional they shouldn't say anything about something like that.

As a chiropractor and somebody that is transgender.  We don't care if you are wearing a binder. Whether we are grouped under complementary and alternative medicine or not it doesn't matter as we are medical professionals.  We are there to take care of the patient and are we going to notice you have some time of undershirt or a binder sure.  But there isn't any judgment we are there to take care of you.  I guess what I'm saying is let your Chiropractor take care of you and don't worry about things such as this.  In your transition and in the grand scheme it's not even a blip on the map.  And you can trust your chiropractor will take care of you through your transition.
