IT'S no secret – the United Nations as a whole has not embraced the intersex citizens of the world to its bosom and rarely includes us in its work. That's despite the fact that we are 4% of the human population and have no equality, no human rights, no patient-centred healthcare and no legal protections against discrimination anywhere on the planet, South Africa and Colombia excepted to some degree.
