If you don't necessarily have to stay in-state, Dr. Daniel Medalie is in Cleveland, Ohio, which is pretty close to SE Michigan. I'm from Michigan and had top surgery with Dr. Medalie; I am happy with my results and his 'bedside manner' and can recommend him.
