I'm with Jamie - try contact the speech pathology school at your nearest university. They often have people studying their masters degrees or PhDs that can provide these services, often in a university clinic, for cheap. They're usually pretty good too because they are up with the latest research.
In reference to your earlier post, yes you do want someone who deals with speech disorders, not because you have one but because they are the ones with the low level skills and knowledge required to help.
