Or rather, with the initiation of the Delestrogen IM, I now cannot sleep without wearing a sports bra.

Breast and nipple pain and sensitivity sharply increased correspondingly with with the changeover to Delestrogen IM.
So much so, that I now cannot sleep without wearing a sports bra.

But I am not in any way complaining; that pain in my breasts and nipples is the sweetest pain that I had ever perceived.

It represents progress toward the true. :)

Hmm, I can't remember the last time I experienced breast pain and yes I'm on injectibles too.

I'm doing sublingual E and my boobs hurt all the time!

It's kind of annoying and sweet at the same time. :D

I had noted an increase in these sensations many months ago, when I added progesterone to the HRT regimen, but not to the degree experienced with the change from sublingual E to IM E.

It begs the question: just how little E was being properly absorbed via the sublingual mode of admin, for ME?

Doing that properly was often difficult.

I too started experiencing  sensitivity once I started HRT.  I started with injectables.  It has become a bit more intense with the inclusion of progesterone into the regimen.  I can sleep in a nightgown or pj providing it's soft.  I did need to wear a bra to bed early because I wasn't used to the sensations initially.

I find though that I must wear a sports bra under my shirt and sweater to work.  Otherwise the constant rubbing against my shirt makes me very uncomfortable by time I get home.

And yes, as a constant reminder of my second puberty it is a more than welcome distraction!
