Do the companies that use the term HURRY!!! in their advert annoy you?

Nothing will turn me off of a sale or just about anything as quickly as the term HURRY!!! There are only few times the term has actual meaning...

If you are in a life threatening situation, you may need to hurry, going shopping should be a happy, relaxing experience... I most often know what I want and there is no good reason to get pushy and stress me out over it

The only one in a big hurry is the greedy corporations  :P
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Everything i buy except food is now only old used stuff if i can help it. There are a few things i have had to buy new and i waited and got good prices. I never buy new clothes except maybe socks and boots.

Man I hate when they do that...it's like saying "Hey we jacked up our prices a while ago and now we've put them down to ALMOST what they were before but we'll be taking that away soon, so get it while you can!"

It bugs me when places do that, yeah.  There is a furniture store in town that has apparently been going out of business for the last 2-3 months.  Better hurry, you might only have another 2-3 months left!!

yeah i never pay attention to those since i never have a need for shopping anyway..except food. heh. but I've never seen grocery stores pull that garbage. Jasper pretty much hit the nail on the head.
$5 for a bag of chips is not cheap neither is
$8 or $9 for one bottle of laundry soap or 1 small  bag of dog food
it's almost $4 for milk now..world is insane.
