I will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a month.  Does anyone have any suggestions while traveling?  In general I do pass pretty well, but I'm looking for any suggestions.

I will be there for work, so that will be a bit awkward as far as the bathroom situation at work as they all know me as female.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I don't really know what you're looking for, but I've spent a lot of time where (open) transwhatever is rare. If you're known as a female at work, don't rock the boat by indicating otherwise. People won't understand, and you're already singled out enough as the foreigner. In general public though, you should pass just about all the time. My experiences, anyway.

I wouldn't be open about it.  I know it's wikipedia, but please read this:

Thanks all for the information guys.

Not sure if I can "dress the gender" on my passport, but I'll be careful.
