decided I'd try swimming to keep fit and shape up a bit.   wasn't sure what colour swimsuit but ordered a blue one that neever arrived so I ordered a shocking pink one which is  agreat fit...then I get to the pool and find most other woemn are in black or dark colours so I stand out.
three lessons so far and I've only just managed to learn to float with armbands and float and not panic...the water is so scary that I was ready to quit after first two lessons but now I can float I'm looking forward to next lessons and I'm aiming to eventually dive off the board into the 12 foot water.
