So like i was wondering what do you think is the best way to remove hair.

for like the leg area ?

Oh and also for the armpit area, i heard waxing is painful but will get rid of that hair for like a month hehe

OMG also will anti-androgen's reduce hair density and growth etc ?

HRT can help reduce body hair some. For me, it's reduced hair on my chest/belly area to where it almost doesn't exist; however, my legs and armpits are unaffected.

Laser would be your best bet to permanently remove hair from those areas.

same here - torso hair almost invisible, leg hear went very thin and blondish, easy to use electric razor on, ( been on 'mones for a number of years now )  and i just use a bic and soapy water on the under arm areas

HRT def changed my body hair. It's very fine now and some places is about to give it up 🙂 On the legs, I used to shave every other day pre HRT. Now maybe once a week? Armpit hair is always gonna grow, females have to deal with this too. Again I just shave it. I LOVE my silk effects 2 blade. Older style but works really well and almost never get nicks.

Laser is the best method for the removal of body hair (legs, arms, back, et al). The two most popular lasers in the US right are the Alexandrite and YAG (depending on your skin color). It does cost quite a bit and takes a fair amount of time. I just finished laser hair removal of my entire body (I've been on HRT for just over 1 year as well) and it took about 18 months and cost me close to $10,000 USD. I still have a few blond facial hairs that will need electrolysis to be removed, which I'm doing now. Hair removal can easily be one of the biggest transition expenses right after SRS itself.

Especially if you're getting on in years, and have significant gray.  Like me.     Then it's laser AND electrolysis.  I've been doing laser for almost 8 months now, electro as well for at least 5 months, and still have a LOT of hair.  These days I leave the growth long (2-day growth) even when I'm going for laser, 'cuz I get electro and then laser (dry shave in between).  Those days are my worst, I don't go in to work (I work from home those days), and the dysphoria makes me want to scream.

My back hair is almost gone and chest hair MUCH lighter than is was after 6 months of spiro.

There is no magic cure for unwanted body hair. Estrogen will make some of it finer in texture but doesn't get rid of it. Electro is for those of us who have light colored or white hair that we need to be rid of- Laser will work on dark hairs only and neither process is cheap.

My body hair has not gotten any finer than it was prior to using estrogen. So I epilate everywhere but my face and I then shave the finer hair that the epilator will not grab. This leaves me with smooth skin for several days. I also epilate my armpits and although it hurts alot at first, I have gotten used to it and don't think twice about it now. It also stays clear for at least two to three weeks before I have to do it again. Bear in mind that if you get loose skin caught in an epilator it WILL hurt and will probably break the skin.

Too general of a question. It really depends on many variables: the color of your hair, density of hair, skin type, type of laser, setting of the laser, and your pain tolerance level. If you have light, blond, gray, or white facial hair, electrolysis is definitely the way to go.

My chest hair has been falling out like crazy over the past month. Like in the shower I'll wash my chest and seelike 10 hairs every time at least.  They also make a home laser hair removal device called espil, reviews say it reduces 75% or more of their body hair. It's around $400 and comes with an agreement that if your bulbs burn out, they send you new ones, for up to a year. I don't have it but I do plan on getting one when I get the money 🙂

A razor and some skintimate shaving cream works just fine for me. I apply body lotion afterwards and it leaves my skin super soft and sweet smelling.
