Going out while dressed or meeting someone in your feminie attire can be a wonderful experience, or it can turn into a nightmare. Remember that when you are out, you are dressed as a woman and subject to all the attacks, leering and problems that come with womanhood.

Many sisters, in their search for acceptance make many mistakes regarding giving out too much information about themselves, arranging meetings without preparing for them and (when out dressed) do things that draw unnecessary and unwanted attention to themselves.

For a minute I thought this was about another subject matter.  But the safe and sane is usually followed up with the word consensual.

good tips on there though.  With the police, you do not need to roll the window down all the way, just enough to hear, be head, and pass your papers back and forth.
