no matter where we go there are always rules and rightfully so. Rules are there to create a sense of stability, allowing insight of what type of behaviours to be expected......I am all for rules (not always this way howeever!!!!) what I find is that the rules are strictly enforced for some and not at all for others. Discrimination is against the law here (against transgender people) and rarely will you ever find (in the school or work setting) is to the point, "we dont like you here and your also not welcome here) because of liability, blah blah blah. OK, there is a way around everything in life, really. So what I am finding is that the "rules" are VERY strictly enforced on me, while not at all for others. A clear statement. I tell myself that life isnt fair for anyone and that dealing with this in an appropriate manner are in essence, my "dues" that everyone has to pay in one sense or another, ok. So I strive with all my heart to polish myself, even to the point of establishing a "swear jar" lol! and it has really really helped me become aware of profanity! i have made a great deal of progress in many areas of my life and that is the positive side! however, and small slipup, and i get written up, meanwhile "normal students" are literally fighting, throwing things at each other downstairs (this is where you go after complete freshman training) where there are paying clients and real service going on, out of angey threatening eachg other! OMG?

There were no administrative actions taken for their actions. not my business though and not proper for me to get involved in or even say anything, so i dont. VERY DISCOURAGING IT IS, WHEN I SEE THIS THOUGH. TAKE IT EXTREMELY PERSONAL. I ACCIDENTALLY SAY A BAD WORD, BAM, I GET TORE INTO. WRITTEN UP FOR USING IMPROPER LANGUAGE. I am pretty upset right now, and need to vent this. thank you for allowing me to do that
Love ya
Nikki
