as someone who lacks them, it bugs me so much when i hear girls(family in this case) who are not super fat or anything- complain about something that others wish they naturally had just like them. Anyone share this feeling?

I do!  But all I can do is just envy them and roll my eyes when they complain.
Don't judge a book by its cover! My lifes been like a country song! True love, amazing grace, severe heartbreak, buckles, boots n spurs! I 've been thrown off the bull a couple times, I keep getting up and dusting myself off! Can't give up on my happily ever after!

I think my hips are too big...

But then I see my FTM friend, who has huge child-bearing hips, or I see a movie with a cis male actor who has girly hips, and I don't feel so bad.

With our skinny supermodel standards (at least here in Amurrica), I think a lot of cis women would kill for slimmer, boyish hips. They would probably envy you trans women.

I guess my point is that there are lots of different kinds of bodies out there, and we all have our hang-ups, but too often we look at the current ideal as an epitome for everyone.

Now, if I we could only stop...

It's the nature of finding little imperfections.  If my shoulders were just a little narrower, if my thumbs looked just a little more feminine...

But they're not, and when I'm not obsessing over them, nobody in the world is.

Aahhh!  I've heard so many good things about my new haircut.  Thank you so much!  This is my first time with short hair in about nine years...the last time it was this short was fourth grade.

I'm also wearing these glasses again for the first time in a while, because frameless ones make me look like a zombie.

I felt this way a lot too...and yet, when I was modeling for the first time a few weeks ago, I had girls complimenting me on my perfectly broad shoulders and my height, saying I was a perfect model.  It's weird how something that one might find unfavorable is actually enviable in some circumstances.

I remember a girl trying to get behind a vending machine to plug it in was complaining about how her boobs were too big. All I could think was, "At least you have boobs!"

On the other hand, who am I to judge others on the matter when I constantly complain about myself? "I have too much acne. My nose is too wide. I hate my giant lips. I'm too fat. My legs are too wide." etc., etc., etc.

It's just a fact that most people have something that they don't like about themselves I guess. Mine just happens to be having a masculine body...
