Really? Women can't be successful in Canada? I always thought Canada was real progressive like the Scandinavian countries.   :(
Women can not be successful in Canada anywhere. There has never been a successful Canadian woman.

Not to be that annoying guy, but someone has to mention the musical travesty that is Avril Lavigne. She managed to convince most of my mates that pop music is, in fact, punk RAWKK!

If that's not success, I don't know what is.  8)

Lol I've never heard Avril Lavigne. Slightly after my time, I think. I've only heard jokes about her.

When I think of Canada, I think of Kids in the Hall and Neil Young. And there's an island there that has some insect my kid wants to track down and see. Cool associations, but I'm definitely not thinking of anything that would be empowering to women. Hmm. Hockey is neat. Nope. I'm not qualified to offer an opinion here.

Well, Idk. I've gotten a lot of hate in my family towards women, and we live in Canada. And there's still guys here who can be sexist towards women. It could have been some kid looking for a fight. But I was shocked when I saw even today there's still hate so strong. :/
