We just arrived in Portland.
Sevan checks in at 7 AM. Surgery starts at 8 and should be 3-4 hours long.
Pixie dust, prayers and unicorn wishes are in order...

Thank you for the well wishes. I want to make sure everyone understands that while this is a gender related surgery (as an androgyn) this is a standard reduction that many women have for estetic or health reasons. I'm not just calling a chest reconstruction a reduction. I'm actually justgetting a reduction. From DDD to a C.

Sevan, you will really like having most of the weight removed from your chest. I understand your situation, thou mine are not near as large. It looks like you have done your research and should have the results you want in the end.  I hope everything goes well for you and you have a good recovery.

The surgery went well, there was minimal blood loss and there is a good prognosis for a good recovery. Sevan is in less pain than anticipated albet dopped to the gills on the pain killers they gave hir.
The color has returned to hir face and ze is lucid and seemingly pleased with the results.
Now the healing will comence.
