hello i am new

I conseder my self to be a m/f transexul who has XXY cromozone.  I Have been on hormons for about 5 months now.  I live where there is not any dr that know how to treat transexul intersexul. 
My question is on the stander of care are they suposta treat intersexul differnt than transexul and if so how or what?
