What are membergroups? what are they for?

peer groups are for subforums in just for us (androgyne, mtf, ftm, post op, SO's, ect)

Wait...you mean those things actually affect something? I thought they were just one of those things that I all-too-often politely ignore because I figure they have nothing to do with me. You learn something new every day I guess.
