Basically, my form tutor asked me if I would make and show a presentation under the headings of 'transgender' and 'transphobia' - tomorrow! I'd really like to not mess this up and to put across the right kinds of information, but I have no idea where to even start or what to put in. Help?

(The tutor group ranges from ages 11 - 18 and has about 16 people in it)

FYI...You could have just bumped the first one instead of creating a second thread asking the same question.

What is your tutor's reason for wanting to have this?

Yea, it's pretty good. I mean, most people see "transphobia" as hating trans people but it's a lot more complicated...really it's about oppression, and oppression comes in a whole lot of different forms which is not always understood.

It's part of our Tolerance week. They're talking about people with disabilities, gay people, trans people, people with dwarfism etc.

well first you explain what it will say to be transgender,
what its like, what life is like, and so on.

then after that you face some of the challenge of being transgender and since you have the transphobia topic it mainly sociaty challenge i bet you are to focus on.
