HRT and fatigue

Since my second shot (a week ago)  I've been incredibly fatigued. I feel like I can never sleep long enough.

Could this be related to HRT? Or should I go see a doctor?

My first 2 months (mtf) I was dead tired all the time. Even now (7 months in) it seems I get tired kind of easily? It seems logical that hormones would make us tired, the body is doing lots of new things right?
