Does hrt shrink the larynx?

Well I started spiro when I was eighteen. (About a month ago ;P) An adam's apple started to appear right before, then it went away a few days later.. So I think it does shrink up a bit.

Just like bone, the only way it can be affected is if you're young enough that it's still forming AND you're lucky. You need both. Else, no.

No it doesn't. However the muscles may atrophy around it and make it look like it's shrunk. But it can be spotted by someone who is very observant.

no, it will not shrink the cartilage.  nor will it reverse any effects that T had during puberty

Trista, I remember you from YouTube, and I don't recall you ever having a 'freakishly long neck'... 
~It looked perfectly normal to me. You looked good then, and I'm sure you look even better now.
The cartilage can be taken care of with surgery; unfortunately as other girls have already said, hrt past a certain age will not solve the issue.

Some of the things you said in the forum seemed totally opposite of what Trista on youtube said, which greatly confused me. xD
