I voted: depends on how bad...
If it meant having to dilate 3-5 times a day for the rest of my life, I doubt I do it.
If it meant having to have the operation in 2-3 parts, I would most likely still get it.
If it meant having less depth, down to 3 inches or so... I would most likely still get it. I think I'm a lesbian anyway.
If it meant having a result that looks ugly / nothing like a cis-female vagina, I doubt I'd do it.
Certain things are a lot worse than others. If the rest of my life were impacted in such a way that I'm reminded I'm trans on a daily basis, I probably wouldn't do the surgery. Even with how good our surgery is now, I'm very tempted to wait for that buccal cell procedure if it means I wouldn't have to dilate for my entire life.
