So, all non-emergency attempts to get a hold of my endo these past two days have proven unsuccessful, and I wanted to get an ok before actually beginning to take a multivitamin and fish oil.  Buuut, since I can't get a hold of her without stating its an emergency (which I won't do) - does anyone know whether taking a multivitamin and fish oil will conflict with HRT?

Nope, 99.999 percent sure that they are fine (since I take them and everything :P...along with biotin and vitamin C :D). My doctor actually always recommends at least a multivitamin...so... at least for MTF, it is fine :D

Seconded,

My endo suggests that I take a multivitamin and I see no reason why fish oil would interfere with HRT.

Just make sure the multivitamin doesn't have some obscene amount of potassium.

Eskimos eat lots of fish oils but whether the guys all have huge boobs under the big fur outfits is unknown.  I'm thinking they don't.
I'm also thinking that Eskimos will have very low rates of TVism due to difficulty in stashing sexy underwear seeing as igloos don't have corners...

I take both everyday. No problem. Actually my last blood series was better than ever. All the bad parts dropped big time.

I take a non-iron multivitamin and fish oil.

Watch out for iron as you don't menstruate.  You have to be careful about taking regular women's multivitamins, take mens or post menopausal (often labeled like 50+) varieties.

The doctor that prescribes my hrt suggests that I take a multi-vitamin with folic acid, fish oil and a low dose aspirin. She's looking to lower the risk of DVT and stroke.

+1 on the non-iron multi-vitamin.
