I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and after waiting a few seconds a middle-aged woman (pharmacist) walks over and says "Yes, ma'am?" Then I opened my mouth and she seemed slightly taken aback, but for a single, fleeting moment my dreams felt within reach!
