Chest surgery. All my birthday candles, shed eyelashes, and 11:11's for at least a year have gone towards wishing for it.

Failing that, I'd really like a new (men's) winter coat and boots. A new camera that hasn't been dropped in a river (not that I've done that to any of my cameras *shifty eyes*). Or a new piercing or tattoo. I've got a few books on my to-read list that I can't find at libraries. And I like art supplies and yarn.
