will wearing a padded bra affect boob growth ?

ok so im nearly 2 weeks on oestrogen and my nipples have like gotten a bit tender, only a tiny bit, but i was wondering ill me wearing my major padded bra like result in sub-par breasts because the bra is like slightly pushing down on the boob area :/

Short answer: no.

You aren't made of silly putty, after all.  Breasts will grow as dictated by your body.  Very little will stop them.

We all get tender/sore nipples at this stage.  I won't say you get used to it, but you get to the point where you don't wince quite so much as you scrape them across a door frame or some such.

I found wearing a padded bra helps protect the tender nipples from accidental knocks.
