The United Nations' Human Rights Committee wants changes in Jamaica — namely an end to bans on same-sex behavior, as well as new laws that prohibit discrimination against LGBT people.

spacial

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it rather offensive that buggary/sodomy/anal sex/whatever are frequently mentioned when referring to homosexuality laws?

Surely, the issue isn't about buggary, it's about basic freedom?

What sort of sexual activites people engage in are a separate matter and if authorities insisit upon being involved in those them that ridicules them.

But persecuting people for having the outragious temerity to fall in love is just silly.
