she was formally known as Keith Caputo and is the ex singer of rock band Life of agony.

she started a solo career after the demise of the band and has used her song writing skills to express her own personal feelings.

I find her story and overall open approach to being transgendered very inspiring and refreshing. it's good to have an artist out there who is encountering the same as we all are here.
