Some folk have no doubt noted I haven't been posting a lot of late. I've felt ill, and I've felt the depression side of my cyclothymia, for awhile now. But thinking "out loud," I've been considering what to be thankful for in the midst of dealing with both physical and mental illnesses.

So, between November 11th and November 25th of this year there are a few days that leave me thankful, and a few others that leave me sorrowful — and perhaps too there are days to feel a bit of both. Some of the feelings are somewhat anticipated based on future days this month, but I'm feeling the effects of even the future dates now.

With those thoughts in mind, let me spell out some dates this month that have contributed to my circumstantial and seasonal thoughts that bring thankfulness and depression.
