A UK theatre company is seeking submissions of short plays about transgender issues to be performed in Manchester next year, and says no previous script-writing experience is necessary.

...and I'm awake at 4.30 in the morning writing a play in my head already! This is quite exciting... It'd be great if a few of us from here had our very different experiences and perspectives represented there.

Sweet Blue yoyur English is better than most English so just write the play and send it in. 
you probably need to make sure the formatting is correct and the play is interesting and they will tidy it up if necessary.
