Candidate Johnson expresses full support for same-sex marriage

Lightly regarded Republican presidential candidate Gary Johnson announced Thursday night in a web-based town hall event that he has decided to express full support for same-sex marriage in the United States. Johnson, a former governor of New Mexico, had previously stated he supported civil unions in such relationships but said that "As I have examined this issue, consulted with folks on all sides..." he had revised his position on the subject.
