first appointment finally

Well after months of searching and searching and getting really really frustrated I finally have an appointment for tomorrow!
Though the fact that it's a good thing I'm still really nervous, this person specializes in GID and is currently treating 3 others (not sure if mtf or ftm) and one has even gotten bottom surgery! So my thoughts are that he won't be a pain to deal with, but I'm still worried.

so I thought I'd ask if anyone has any comments on what to say/ask?
I'd hate to go in there and give the wrong impression.

(also on a side note the person is near lake Erie if anyone is in the area and was looking for a therapist ^^)
