Ever heard of THREE in the same family?

I have a relative somewhere that transitioned.  Never met them, don't even know if FTM or MTF because I don't trust my source to get it right.

Loren Cameron's sister is MTF.

And I know a set of triplets in which two are trans.

With so many very close relations, three in an extended family wouldn't surprise me.
