Anyone else in Chonburi? Biggest physical changes after SRS?

Hi, is anyone else here to see Suporn, I must say I am a little culturally shocked with Thailand so far, although I don't want to sound spoiled. Also, those of you who have had srs what would you say were the biggest physical results from it?

I'm not in Chonburi atm but I will be there from 21 January till 30 january so we'll probably won't meet. The culture shock wont last long and yoy'll start to like Thailand soon especially when they take you out on trips to beach house, pattaya etc. It's a very nice country but chonburi is just very hectic and dirty! No not at all ! Should've mentioned I am going to Chonburi to support my gf who has a her surgery in January '12.
