Stopping HRT before an orchiectomy?

So, my doctor brought up the subject of having an orchiectomy done today... she was bring up some good points and I think she might be right.

I was just curious if anyone knew if you needed to stop HRT before having it done? I hear the actual surgery is pretty simple, so maybe you don't need to stop like you do for SRS?
