If you look closely at the blow up of the picture on the line where the background and the leg connect you can tell there is hair but other than that, yea pretty invisible.

I agree. I was going to say this as well, but wanted to see if it wasn't just me being crazy or blind.
Even pre-HRT, I was much hairier than this looks though.
And no, I didn't have high testosterone levels.
