I'm on androcur and a low dosage of estrogen. My hormones is like eunuch's one, although my estrogens are in the highest limit for a male. I'm dealing with depression all the time. I do not know how to handle. I do not like anything, I think I just want to die, not interest in life. I sometimes think that the problem is that I'm not where I want in my life, I still act as a male, although I can pass like female, most people do not recognize me. But I'm not sure...when I'm not in this mood I feel fine and I like my self. But that does not happen too often anymore.

Maybe you should ask your endo to change your Estrogen and your anti-androgen which perhaps doesnt suit you. Me too when I take some types of hormones or anti androgen I get depressed.

This is very good question to ask in your situation. Does your depression come as a result of chemical imbalance or life circumstances? Did it just start upon taking the HRT?
Can you make yourself a transitional plan where you can always do a little steps to not to feel trapped and thus easy your depression? For me as long as I had the feeling of moving forward no matter how little I felt a little better and more hopeful. Although once I got on HRT I felt so much better even on low dosage at first.
I hope you figure it out and feel better soon!

If your depression was caused by HRT, it may very well be because of Androcur. It contains small amounts of medroxyprogesterone, which in itself can cause severe depression.

Androcur is notorious for causing depression as a side effect.
I had it for a fortnight to counter the T-spike caused by starting an implant and it just made me want to die.
You could try and get put in the Decapeptyl (Triptorelin) depot injection, available monthly or 3 monthly versions
To those who understand, I extend my hand
To the doubtful I demand, take me as I am
Not under your command, I know where I stand
I won't change to fix your plan, Take me as I am (Dreamtheatre - As I Am)
I started out with nothing..... and I still have most of it left.
