I'm pre-hormones, though I do pass pretty well now (I get called 'sir' far more often than 'ma'am') and I am planning to look into hormones within the next year.

I'm also graduating from college, and our career fair is coming up soon. My parents have forced me into female clothing for interviews (I haven't come out to them yet, and they spew hate for anyone in the queer community while being very clear about my gender role), and my name is a strictly female one, so there's really no way to present as male. I feel hugely uncomfortable presenting myself as female but I feel like I have little choice at this time.

I know a first interview is not the place to bring up anything, but is there ever a "right" time when you have to be straightforward if you have serious plans to begin transitioning/change your name within the near future? How did you deal with discussing it with employers? I'm going into the art industry, particularly gaming and animation, so I can only hope it's fairly liberal regarding these issues. If it were possible to just graduate and start a new life as who and what I always knew I was, I'd do it in a heartbeat - but I guess we all know it doesn't work quite that easily, ah well.
