When I voted "yes," the tally was at 98.34% in favor.

If the question had been phrased, "Should girl scouts be forced to accept transgendered members?", I would have voted "no."

There is a big difference between a voluntary act, and coersion.

It is now showing 98.36%  :)  It seems to steadily show less than 2% against

There's no reason why they shouldn't be allowed to join. It's not as though it's sport where a transgender child might have an advantage.

Yup, most likely they just want participate and be part of a group in which they identify with  :)

girl scouts is about involvement in the community. girl is a gender, not a sex. what's more, i would really be questioning the appropriateness of the group if there's adults there thinking there's some sexual motive involved.
