If you could change only one thing about you to make it so it would be completely female what one thing is most important to you?

Voice to be completely female.

Face to be female within your family genetics (like your mother's or sister's)

Bone structure to be female within your family genetics.

Female genitalia - you'd be able to completely function as a female and give birth

Hair includes scalp, face, body and would again be similar to the women in your family

Breasts would be within your family genetics.

So, what would it be?  You don't get supermodel results unless it's in your family and you only get ONE choice.

Julie

Edit: You can still have FFS, SRS or any other medical procedure.  This poll is for the one thing that's most important to you.

Face - if I could change nothing else, magically OR medically.

Voice runs a very close second though... along with genitals, but only because you you mentioned I could give birth. Wow.

You know Kate, the FFS surgeons today perform miracles.  When at Dr. Z's office I was amazed at what he's done.  And if money is a problem he can set you up with financing.  Heck, it's a car payment!

I picked bone structure because that's one thing that can't be changed medically or through hard work (voice).

Ain't it the truth? I did a phone consult with him a ways back... VERY nice man. Nothing quite like asking someone to point out every flaw in your face for you, is there? He was very kind though. Yes, I have all the info packets from him lying around... it's tempting. Someday. Maybe. We'll see.

Since we can only change ONE thing in our lifetime (that's the criteria, right? No FFS or HRT or anything?), I had to go with face. That's what bugs me the most by far. I'm tall as heck, but I actually kinda like my skeleton otherwise. I *adore* feminine hair, but... not a necessity. I'm not thrilled with keeping male genitals, but if it's between face vs. genitals... they stay.

If you're allowing only one MAGICAL wish, but we can use medical options to address anything else, I'd magically change the voice (unless it becomes natural over time) in order to pass. But GOD I would SO love to have a womb... no, never mind. I want the womb! I'll figure out the darn voice somehow, lol.

Neat poll. It really makes you aware of your priorities and how you think about all this.

I know what you mean.  I made a hair appointment yesterday and the lady on the other end said, "Will this be a man's styling?"  Grrrrrrrr.  But I was going from not talking all morning right to trying to talk in a femme voice.  I need warming up time and even then my voice is androgynous at best.  But I'm okay with that considering I've done Lurch convincingly.

Well this was tough, so this was my thoughts on each item:

Voice: I get maamed a lot and never sirred even over the phone.  I do wish I could sing at a higher pitch, but I can get away with so much already I can let it slide.
Face: For the most part it already is
Bone structure: My bone structure is actually more female than male, so this wasn't high on the list.
Female genitalia: This is the one thing that gets to me on a daily basis.  When you including giving childbirth, that made this one a winner for me.
Hair: My hair is actually really good for a female, so there's not much to complain about here.
Breasts: I'll see what happens, but I can always get a BA if I'm dissatisfied.

So I ended up going with female genetalia.

Bone structure for sure.  That is my biggest tell.

Where's the box that says "All of the Above"?

My voice needs work, but I get little chance to practice it.  And it's one thing while you're alone, another while you are actually out in the world.  But I think I can do it.  I think my face will look OK with HRT, but it would be nice to be more feminine.  Genetalia....well that goes without saying.  Breasts...OK can always be done with implants if things don't develop.  But hair....what I wouldn't give to have my youthful hair back!    You bet I chose hair!

Heya Everyone,

Here are my thoughts ...

Voice: Face to face its no problems at all, although as Tink described, people can get a bit confused on the phone when I am talking.  However, that might be more to do with the fact I never have a clue what I am doing these days !! :)

Face: Am pretty happy with my facial fetures.

Female Genitalia: Same as Melissa - this would be the one for me.  I have been feeling a little down lately and a part of it has to do with wanting to settle down and have kids.  Although when I stay at my friends and I see her kids it sort of gives me second thoughts lol !! Seriously though, dont think there is anything I would want more right now !!

Hair: I look after it and appart from the fact its neither naturally straight or curly its no problem at all.

Breast: I would be happier if they were a little bigger but they are already starting to get in the way when I am doing anything physical, so maybe I shouldn't complain too much !!

If I had one wish, I'd like to have more proportional breasts.  Been thinking about getting implants but I don't know about the long term side effects.  My voice is fine and so is my face; I am petite so that helps with regards to genitalia, I'm already post-op

OMG.

I am almost Bald on top - wish I had some nice hair so I could pass without a wig.

just so you know how bad it is up there.

I voted for female genitalia, specifically for being able to give birth.

I wouldn't really want to change anything else. I have no trouble with my voice either in person or on the phone, I think my face is already quite feminine (and looks very similar to the older of my two sisters to boot), hair isn't really much of an issue (the hair on my head is fine, and the rest is being/can be taken care of), and I'm already happy with the size of my breasts and they'll probably keep growing thanks to HRT anyway. Bone structure is a bit more difficult as I would love to be a little shorter, but between being shorter or being able to give birth? No contest.

i voted for female genitalia.  i don't know about the giving birth part though, it is something i wouldn't like to experience even as a gg

I've already a pretty face, gorgeous hair (as well as no body hair aside from my legs) and semi-ample features without any of what you mentioned (I'm not even on HRT yet).  I like being tall, as well.

I would have to shoot for the genitalia, because of the ability to give birth.  I value my genetics, and I've always been wary of the limited vaginal depth offered by SRS.  I like sex, a lot.  I don't ever want to be unable to enjoy my man because he happens to have a good-sized...  ego.

Blair hon, is that you on your avatar?  yup!  I agree, pretty face, gorgeous hair, pretty girl indeed!

I'm afraid not.  That's just a picture of someone I know.  I'll put up my picture when I move into my new place and get my webcam set up again.  Don't worry though, I promise I'm easy on the eyes!

Genetalia... mainly for the childbirth thing....  I dont think anyone really knows how many nights Ive stayed up crying cuz Id never have kids of my own...
My hands and feet are on the large side, but honestly, Id put up with being absolutely, grotesquely hidious if it ment I could have kids......

I'd have to go with voice but only under the condition that I still have a male voice as well. I figure of all the things listed, having an extra voice would probably be most appropriate for me being bigendered and all.
My Mia side likes to sing and talk which is just begging for a voice. It would be nice to be able to sing duets with myself(being bigendered is awesome) and have it sound like a male and female duet instead of a male and higher pitched male voice. Also the talking thing would probably clear up any questions when people are talking to me on which one is specifically talking back to them. Yeah totally all about the voice.

Ditto! Especially since you're still allowing GRS. It would be really nice to change my bone structure to get rid of the 46" chest and broad shoulders. Everything else is already works.  :)

If I wasn't over 50, I'd agree with you. I'll just have to settle for grandchildren.
