Sending private messages

Hi all,

I've been trying to send a private message to someone but when I try I get a message saying "you can't send private messages", or something like that. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can get around it?

By private message, I mean an email, not a private message in the chatroom.

If I'm correct, its because you only have 4 posts. I believe you need to have at least 15 posts.
